About this workshop

In this intensive course you develop an essential understanding of Visual Design, tools and approaches and how thay can be applied to develop visual interface designs for the web and native apps. This workshop is an active and participatory introduction to the core principles of Visual Design.

Why do this course?

We teach core concepts such as how to create asset libraries, design systems and patterns that are the foundation of intuitive interface design. Develop you own design systems and UI templates using Sketch and learn how to use and apply Sketch plugins. We’ll teach you how to develop a workflow with developers as you create CSS and JavaScript on the fly by using apps like Sympli with Sketch. We’ll equip you with a working and practical knowledge of how visual design skills can be applied in your day-to-day job and in projects that demand knock-out visual design.

Professionals that have a background in coding or dev work or designers that have a background in Graphic, UX, Service Design or another design discipline, looking to augment their skills.
