About This Workshop
In this intense workshop you can develop a common understanding of design thinking and how it can be applied when working with teams in your organization. This workshop is an active and participatory introduction to the language, tools and core principles of Design Thinking.

Why do this course?
We teach the core concepts of human-centred design (HCD) and how to use and apply tried-and-tested design thinking tools. We take you through a series of activities to help you collaborate in squads (teams) to identify problems, unleash creativity and prioritize ideas. We’ll equip you with a working and practical knowledge of how design thinking can be applied in your day-to-day job and how to plan workshops and projects that demand teams unleash their expertise by working collaboratively to deliver outcomes at speed.
