About this workshop

In this intensive course you will develop an advanced understanding of how to coach and train people to become Design Thinking coaches, facilitators and training experrts in your organisation.

We teach the practices, tools and approaches used to scale and embed design thinking in an organisation. This workshop is an active and participatory workshop where you will learn the principles and practices of how to coach-the-coach effectively.

Why do this course?

In this course you learn how to train and coach the people in your organisation to become design thinking coaches. We teach you how to plan curriculum, structure courses and develop different learning styles for people using pedagogic theory applied to design thinking that includes how to create learning resources and environments that support both coaching and design thinking practices.

Who is this course for?

Coaches and design professionals that have a background in coaching design thinking and are looking to advance their career and become and Head or Lead Coach. It is recommended that you have undertaken our Design Thinking Essentials course or a similar programme.
