The IXSD.Academy were in Athens! The IXSD Academy delivered a half day Service Design 101 to twenty professionals drawn from a range of sectors including banking, insurance, IT, telecoms and advertising. Many of the attendees had been delegates at the Innovation Design Summit 2017 the day before where Peter Fossick of IXSD Academy spoke about Service Design and Innovation.
In the workshop, Pete took the cohort through the basic principles of service design and demonstrated how to use and apply six tools in a half day workshop format that focused on user research, service safaris and ideation journey mapping.
